返品について

返品期限: 商品管理には万全を期しておりますが、万一不良品が届いた場合、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合せメールフォームからご連絡をお願いいたします。
その際、お客様のお名前、商品名、お問い合せ内容をご連絡ください。
事前の連絡なく商品を当方に送付された場合にはお受け取りが出来ない場合があります。

マジック用品という性質上、マジックカテゴリーの商品は基本的には返品を受け付けておりません。
返品・交換は届いた商品が破損していた場合に限ります。
お客様のもとで破損が生じた場合のご返品・交換については、お受けできませんので予めご了承ください。
また、商品到着後7日以上経過している場合は、返品はお受け致しかねますことをご了承ください。
尚、返品する際にかかる送料は当方が負担いたします。

ダウンロード商品に関しては、製品の性質上決済完了後のキャンセル返品は受け付けておりません。

イベント主催者の事情または不可抗力等によってイベントが中止となった場合、銀行振込・クレジットカード決済はキャンセル処理をして直ちに返金させて頂きます。
返品送料: お客様都合による返品につきましてはお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
不良品に該当する場合は当方で負担いたします。
